CENTRIFUGAL HIGH PRESSURE FANS OF BC SERIES

BC HIGH PRESSURE CENTRIFUGAL FAN SERIES

BC High Pressure (HP) centrifugal fan series have been developed following DYNI's 40 years technical expertise and latest data of applied research in the field. As a result, BC HP fans stand out for their high performance and reilable operation. They perfectly fit for industrial applications.
Fan performance curves have been developed experimentally according to standard  ISO 5801:2017 "Fans- Performance testing using standarised airways".

CAPACITY RANGE BC HIGH PRESSURE CENTRIFUGAL FAN SERIES

Volumetric flow ratĪµ: up to 10.000m³/h (2.8m³/s)
Total pressure: up to 15.000Pa (1.500mmWG)
Efficiency: up to 85%

GENERAL TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HIGH PRESSURE BC SERIES FANS
Casing and fan impellers are welded and manufactured from high quality steel. All fan components adhere to ISO standards. Therefore, constant quality and spare parts interchangeability is assured.
Different possible configurations are presented in the following figure. Electrical motors are usually three-phase, high quality short-circuited. Specific motor types (60Hz, different current voltage etc) are also available in specail constructions.
Casing is fixed and welded with inlet and outlet as in Figure 1.

BC HP fans can be constructed according to configurations F3, F5 and F7, as shown in Figure 2.

Typical air temperatures are up to 80ºC. Special constructions are available for higher temperatures.

APPLICATION AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE BC SERIES FANS

Industrial applications with high pressure demand: fluidised bed applications, combustion air supply to burners,  scrubbers, chemical and process industries, furnaces and kilns, mineral dryers, pneumatic conveying of bulk solids, dense face solid conveying.

SELECTION PROCEDURE OF HIGH PRESSURE BC SERIES FANS

BC HP Fans can be selected using performance curve (Chart 1). Volumetric flow rate and total pressure should be determined for the particular application. Moreover, air temperature and quality are necessary information for fan selection. Using performance curve (Chart 1), the suitable fan size can be selected.

Examble:
Volumetric flow rate: 5.000m³/h
Total pressure differnce pressure: 9.000Pa  (900mmWG)
Under these conditions, the appropriate fan to cover the pressure difference is BC 800-315E at 2970rpm and absorbed power is 27PS. Motor used is 40PS to caver needs at any point in the operating regime.
