BCV type water boilers have been specially designed for solid biomass use, under natural draft with 5-8 m high vertical stack.Have large combustion chamber and two flue gas tube passes, made of seamless steel tubes. Combustion chamber has inside fire protective shell made of fire resistant concrete. Automatic solid fuel burner type CB, is installed at the bottom of combustion chamber .Solid fuel burner ignition, service and cleaning is easily done through an access large size door. On this access door, there is position available for an optional conventional burner , in case of emergency. Main body of water boiler is fully insulated with 30 mm thick glass wool and metal foil protection, for low thermal losses and protection.
Applications of boilers BCV : commercial heating applications for hot water use 40-90°C, in greenhouses, industrial processes, dryers, food processing, where low cost solid biomass fuel is available ( granulated up to 30 mm).
